One of the challenges of being on a diet is finding healthy alternatives for naughty foods everyone loves. Well here is my super healthy version that is free on the slimming world plan.
This is also a fab gluten free option my partner loves these as he can’t have wheat and enjoys them as much as traditional pizza.
Firstly you will need
1 Packet of instant mash
3 Eggs beaten
Assorted toppings i used 8 green olives (1syn) Red Pepper, Garlic colves, Sweetcorn, Onion and Mushroom but the options are endless.
45g Reduced fat grated cheese (healthy Extra)
Tomato Puree
Step One
Beat the eggs and add to the instant mash with a little salt mix till thick like a pastry mix
Roll out onto the work surface with a rolling pin. Note it will stick so have a large knife at hand to separate it from the bench. You can open another packet of mash to dust the bench and rolling pin if you want.
Then place on a pizza tray and bake under the grill for 5 mins until golden then turn it over and repeat.
While your base is baking prep your toppings to add to your base.
Once your base is baked add the tomato puree to the base then toppings and cheese.
Bake for 5-7 Mins and enjoy the best guilt free pizza you could ever want to eat on a diet.
